Refund and Cancellation Policy


You have a statutory 14-day cooling off period when purchasing online.

We do not offer cancellations/refund on digital download products once downloaded due to the non-returnable nature of digital products once they’re downloaded. By downloading your digital product within the 14-day cooling off period, you waive your right to the cooling off period.

Courses, workshops and classes may be transferred to another person on agreement. Sorry, we cannot accept cancellation or give refunds for courses, classes or workshops once the 14-day cooling off period has ended.

If the course, workshop or class starts before the 14-day cooling of period has ended, you waive your right to the full cooling off period.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
