These practices helped me amorously whilst I lived at a Yoga Retreat for 2 years, I then trained for 2 years to deliver them, as well as various progressive training courses in Bihar School of Yoga and the UK)
I teach a Chair Yoga class to people just out of ICU, I teach Refugees Trauma Sensitive Yoga, I teach Yoga to children both in Primary Schools and Pre- schools, I teach Cooperate Yoga classes both in person and online, I teach Mediation and Yoga Nidra as well as various community Yoga Classes.
