The Animal Teach Home Educator 2-Week Zoology Programme is back!

Get ready to meet amazing animals and learn more about habitats, life cycles, health and enrichment in the hands-on workshops

Week One – Habitats and Life Cycles
In this 1hr 15 minute workshop become an Intrepid Explorer and travel around the world discovering the different types of micro- and macro- habitats that animals such as snakes, lizards, tortoises and more live in! Search closely to find the hidden life cycles and record your findings in this hands-on, skill developing workshop

Week Two – Health and Enrichment
In this 1hr 15 minute workshop become a Trainee Vet and Animal Keeper as you carry out physical health checks, including weighing and measuring animals such as snakes, lizards and tortoises! Create a piece of enrichment for your animal with the materials provided and watch how they interaction with your creation

All Zoologist will receive an Animal Teach Home Educator Certificate and Wooden Token to celebrate their new skills and achievements! Each week there will also be the opportunity to browse the Animal Teach Pocket-Money Shop and purchase stickers, natural curiosities, gifts and more, with all proceeds invested into the animal husbandry for the Animal Teach Team of 50 species!

Monday 25th November – 10.30am – 11.45am (4-9 year old) & 12.15pm – 1.30pm (10-16 year old)
Monday 2nd December – 10.30am – 11.45am (4-9 year old) & 12.15pm – 1.30pm (10-16 year old)
Group Size
Maximum 15 children per workshop
Book either Week 1, Week 2 or both!
