Do you find it really irritating to find out about fabulous events around Runcorn and Widnes that you would have gone to if only you knew about them? (Me too…)

Or do you organise amazing group events around Halton and the Liverpool City Region and want to get the word out?

Hello, lovely #HaltonHour people! Exciting times ahead as I’m jazzing up our website with the all-new What’s On Calendar – your go-to spot for all things happening in Halton, the wider Liverpool City Region, and local WA postcodes.

Planning a workshop, a fab networking event, or perhaps a community fair? Great!

This blog post is your map to get your event the spotlight it deserves on our #HaltonHour What’s On Community Calendar. It’s simple to get started, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s get your event out there for everyone to see, celebrate, and join in – and that’s always a good thing, right?

Recurring Events

If you have a regular class or group, it is much simpler to add all the dates at the same time. BUT – you can’t do that with a standard login.

Sorry.

However, I CAN add those recurring events for you.  There is a small fee of £3 – here’s the shop link to the Submit Your Event payment.

Like I said in the video, if you are a local Community Group I’ll add your recurring events FOC.  Just contact me on Twitter – it’s the easiest way to find me!

Local groups are more than welcome to add their meetings to the calendar. The only real proviso is you must be an open group. There’s really no point in adding your group to a calendar if people are not welcome to join in!

#HaltonHour really champions or local businesses and community. Of course, Halton means Runcorn and Widnes.

But we are in the Liverpool City Region. So %22Local%22 also includes our neighbours in Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral.

Not forgetting our Cheshire neighbours, Frodsham, Helsby and Warrington! If you have a WA postcode, you’re in!
